Right in the heart of Eixample, we found Cinc Sentits, a gourmet restaurant serving contemporary Catalan cuisine that stands out for the perfect combination of technical creativity and talent. Offering the best avant garde cuisine in contemporary and sophisticated surroundings, Cinc Sentits has recently been awarded a Michelin star. Chef Jordi Artal and his sister Amèlia were born to a Catalan mother and Canadian father, with Jordi opening the restaurant after taking a sabbatical year in Barcelona, swapping his job in a dot.com for the contrasting world of texture, flavor and cutting-edge presentation.
